Every Tuesday, starting at 5pm with a cash bar, we bring you Test Kitchen Tuesday. The goal is for Chef Martin to understand our guest's perception of new food creations. There will be three new items each week that make up a meal, never seen before on the standard menu. Join our V.I.P. list to attend this weekly event.

As our menu will now have seasonal options, the event offers a sneak peek of those dishes and gives our guests the ability to try new cuisine. 

We welcome comments on how to make them even better as we fine-tune each dish to the diner's palate. There is a survey at the end of each course where we look for your honest feedback.

As special food must be purchased and prepared in advance, reservations and pre-payment for the event is required.

Dinner: 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Event price, including all taxes and gratuity:

$35 per person.

Signup Deadline Each Week: Monday 3:00pm the day prior to the event.
